Project Description
Remodel approx. 23,000 SF of existing library stack/study space, office spaces, conference rooms, and office services on the first floor of the Library of Health Science (942) Building. New spaces to include a reconfigured study space, 3 to 4 lecture/meeting spaces, staff offices, relocated reference/service desk, vending/coffee area and technical services/ILL/access service staff areas. Modernize the building’s fire alarm system (including interconnecting the building’s ventilation system with the fire alarm) and install a new fire sprinkler system throughout the entire building (3 floors plus the basement and penthouse).
