Project Description
The University of Illinois Hospital and Health Sciences System (UIHHSS) is undertaking two major renovation projects in their existing 495-bed Hospital facility located at 1740 W. Taylor Street in Chicago, Illinois. Comprehensive architectural and engineering services (including programming, planning, design, detailing, medical equipment planning, cost estimating, interior design, construction documentation and construction administration) will be required to execute these projects. Projects include a new operating room on the 3rd floor and a remodeling of the existing Emergency Department on the first floor.
