Description of Project
This project consists of infrastructure upgrades to the fire alarm systems and the installation of a fire suppression system (sprinklers) in both buildings. The scope of work includes the replacement of the existing fire pumps, controllers and wiring, and sprinkler distribution throughout the buildings, a new fire alarm system and the removal of the existing obsolete fire alarm system and an automatic elevator recall system. System designs shall be ADA compliant and meet both NFPA and local code requirements.
