Per Senate Bill 2958 which went into effect August 03, 2012, a copy of your Certification of Registration with the State Board of Elections is no longer required with your proposal (item D.7).
Professional Services Consultants are still required to be registered with the Board of Elections at the time of proposal which will be verified by the Chief Procurement Officer prior to the University awarding a contract.
PROTEST REVIEW OFFICE: Vendors may submit a written protest to the Protest Review Office following the requirements of the Higher Education Standard Procurement Rules 44 ILL. ADMIN. CODE 4.5550. For protests related to specifications, the Protest Review Office must physically receive the protest no later than 14 days after the solicitation or related addendum was posted to the Bulletin. For protests related to rejection of individual proposals or awards, the protest much be received by close of business no later than 14 days after the protesting party knows or should have known of the facts giving rise to the protest. Project Description
The project will engage a parking professional to design an updated parking and access controls
system for forty existing parking facilities including five parking structures. The PSC will develop a phased implementation plan with a detailed project cost estimate. A team qualified in
parking-equipment and systems design will prepare architectural, equipment, civil, structural, electrical and landscape design and construction documents.
