Project Description
The Capital Development Board and the University of Illinois are seeking professional services for the above referenced project. The existing elevator equipment in the College of Urban Planning and Public Affairs Hall (Bldg. No. 642) and Benjamin Goldberg Research Center (Bldg. No. 933) is obsolete, difficult to obtain parts for, or is near the end of its life expectancy and constantly failing. The scope of work will include the installation of new controllers, machines, cabs, hatch doors, signal fixtures and door operators, and will ensure compliance with Americans with Disabilities Act requirements. The Capital Development Board will hire the consulting team.
