This project was cancelled.
First published Friday May 26, 2006
Project Description
Because of age, antiquated design details, and long-term exposure to cyclical climate extremes, most of the windows, doors and soffits have been damaged and are in need of repair or replacement. The deterioration of the wood framed windows and doors with single pane glazing, sealants, wood framed bell tower eave soffits and select masonry/grout erosion has led to air infiltration and moisture migration complications throughout the building.

Work includes:
Remove existing wood and metal-framed single glazed windows.
Furnish and install wood or aluminum clad wood window units with double glazed insulated glass.
Clean and re-point select masonry walls.
Remove and replace tongue and groove soffit boards at bell tower-prime and paint.

Project Area: 79,720 GSF
Project Budget: $3,250,000
