Project Description
The University of Illinois Urbana campus is seeking an engineering firm to prepare schematic drawings and estimates for providing on street bike paths along Wright Street, between Armory and Springfield. This will also include areas along Armory (between Wright and Sixth) and along Springfield (between Wright and Grainger Library). The project will provide a schematic drawings and construction estimate for incorporating on street bike lanes in these areas. The concept plan should show areas of demolition and also proposed pavements, bus shelters, landscaped areas and curbing. The project will also determine the proposed improvements' effect on existing utilities and any modifications to utilities needed. The project will also provide traffic data for this area.
