Project Description The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign seeks professional services for a limited renovation project in the UIUC?s historic Armory building. The project is intended to remediate deficiencies as cited in the VFA reports for deferred maintenance and improve accessibility and compliance with ADAAG. The project includes: construction of new ADA accessible restrooms in existing interior office/storage space; first floor restrooms renovation with new partitions, lighting, fixtures and accessories; older plumbing fixtures replacement in second, third, and fourth floor restrooms; first floor east elevation windows replacement; and, glass exterior door assemblies replacement.

Only those firms which meet the following qualifications will be considered:
Licensed to practice as an architect, landscape architect, or engineer in the State of Illinois.
Pre-qualified with the State of Illinois Capital Development Board.
Registered and authorized to do business in the State of Illinois.
Utilize an AutoCAD compatible system to provide documents.
Selection will be consistent with the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act (30 ILCS 535/1).
