Project Description This project will include the HVAC system design to serve the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors and installation of mechanical equipment to serve the 1st and 2nd floors of DKH. Included are air handling units, ductwork and other HVAC distribution system components, provisions for connection to the campus chilled water system, new temperature controls, and a heat recovery system. A new electrical main service, emergency lighting throughout the building and associated electrical work will also be included. In areas of new ductwork installation (floors 1 and 2), a new ceiling system and energy efficient lighting will be installed addressing these VFA deficiencies.

Only those firms which meet the following qualifications will be considered:
Licensed to practice as an architect, landscape architect, or engineer in the State of Illinois.
Pre-qualified with the State of Illinois Capital Development Board.
Registered and authorized to do business in the State of Illinois.
Utilize an AutoCAD compatible system to provide documents.
Selection will be consistent with the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act (30 ILCS 535/1).
