Project Description
The University of Illinois is seeking a professional services consultant for the programming analysis and architectural design services for a Law Building Concept Design Study on the Urbana Champaign Campus.

The Project requires an architectural design team to undertake conceptual design studies of (1) a new law building and (2) a substantial renovation to the existing building with addition(s). The study would produce comparative and comprehensive design solutions that could be used to create cost models for a proposed development and fundraising program. The design consultant will be expected to work with Law School administration in developing appropriate fund-raising materials to be used in communication with potential donors.
