Project Description
The University of Illinois is seeking professional services consultants for the design, bid/award, and construction administration services for Gregory Hall – Interior Repair Plan Phase 2. This project will include replacing deteriorated air handling units, mechanical system components, controls and replacement of deteriorated, non-functional components of the steam system. This project will include the renovation of various toilet rooms located within Gregory Hall. Incidental work includes selective demolition, installation of ceiling systems, energy efficient lighting, fire protection work and other associated general work in areas where ductwork will be installed.
