Project Description
The University of Illinois is seeking professional services consultants for their help in completing a feasibility study for this project. The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) is commissioning a feasibility study for the planning, construction, and operation of high-speed rail (HSR) service (> 200 mph maximum speed) between Chicago and Champaign-Urbana as a link in a regional HSR network.
