The University of Illinois is seeking professional services consultants for the design, bid/award, and construction administration services for the Davenport Hall–Exterior Repair Project; a comprehensive building envelope repair and air/moisture infiltration remediation initiative. Davenport Hall (Building No. 1; 607 S. Mathews, Urbana; Central Campus; Main Quad, East side), which is eligible for National Registration, was built in 1900 and designed by Joseph C. Llewellyne in the renaissance classical style. It was the original headquarters for the College of Agriculture and one of the earliest campus buildings. The facility, which includes instructional classrooms, laboratories and administrative offices, is highly utilized for both departmental and general assignment purposes.
