The University of Illinois Urbana Champaign is seeking professional services consultant for the design, bidding/award, and construction administration services for the demolition of approximately 6,400 s.f. and construction of a new 7,750 sf South addition at the Printing Building location. The project will include a new energy efficient HVAC system. Some of the existing spaces will be remodeled as necessary to be Code compliant. This new South addition will provide both Campus Parking and Document Services with new offices, conference rooms, customer service and queuing areas, as well as ancillary spaces specific to each Unit's need.
