Project Description
The University of Illinois is seeking a professional services consultant for the planning, design, bid/award, and construction phase services for the Chemistry Annex-Addition and Renovation.
The Chemistry Annex building was constructed in 1931, and currently serves undergraduate chemistry students in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. The building (University Building #10) is located at 601 S. Mathews Avenue in Urbana on the east side of the Main University Quadrangle. This building is eligible for listing on the National Register for Historic Places.
