Project Description
The Board of Trustees of University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign requests letters of interest and statements of qualifications from architectural/engineering firms interested in providing natural gas, power plant, chill water plant and utility distribution systems consulting services on a retainer basis for the period of July 1, 2011 – June 30, 2012. Options for yearly renewal will be available for up to four years with the opportunity to make adjustments in the scheduled hourly rates. Services will be on an as-needed basis. As the type of utility design needs is so diverse, the University reserves the right to make multiple awards to cover all utility infrastructure needs. Firms with niche expertise in just one facet of utility engineering are still encouraged to apply.

Please see attached file for further information.
