Project Description
The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois is seeking a Professional Services Consultant (PSC) for the design, bid/award, and construction administration services associated with proposed upgrades to room 35 at the Housing Food Stores, 1321 S. Oak St., Champaign, IL. This facility will accommodate off-site catering and pastry production for Housing Dining Services. The scope of work is to include the re-configuring of existing kitchen equipment, purchase and installation of new kitchen equipment, upgrade and modification of the HVAC system and upgrades to utilities as required. A code assessment will be required as part of this project.
