Project Description
The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign requests statements of qualifications from professional services consultants interested in providing design, bid management, and the construction administration for the Parking Decks C7 and C10 - Masonry Repairs project. This project will address the following repairs to both structures; routing and re-pointing select exterior/interior masonry joints, demo and rebuild select exterior/interior cracked and displaced bricks and CMU, select interior/exterior waterproofing repair and expansion joint replacement, removal of concrete parapet caps and replacement, interior concrete slab delamination repair, interior concrete overhead shallow depth repair, and stairway tread, wall and overhead repairs.
