Project Description
The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois is seeking a Professional Services Consultant for the conceptualization, design (schematic design through construction documents), bid/award, construction, and warranty phase services for the Bevier Hall Infrastructure Renovation Phase 1 project. This renovation project is to address life safety deficiencies and evaluate and replace failing, deteriorated, and inefficient infrastructure throughout the basement, first, and second floors of Bevier Hall.
