Project Description
The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois is seeking a Professional Services Consultant for the design, bid/award, and construction phase services for the Pennsylvania Avenue Residence (PAR) Halls - Restroom Renovation - Phase 1. This project will remodel the existing multi-user restroom space on each floor of two residence halls (Babcock and Saunders) into eight single-use restrooms within the existing footprint of the present restroom space. This remodel will provide flexibility in assigning floors on a coeducational basis, improved privacy and comfort, and accessible accommodations.
