Project Description
The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign requests statements of qualifications from Professional Services Consultants (PSCs) interested in performing a feasibility study for the School of Art & Design. The study will focus on space consolidation and optimization for the activities and functions of the School. The study will explore the potential for consolidation of existing space as well as an addition to the Art & Design Building (No. 219) located at 408 E. Peabody Drive in Champaign. The consolidation of programs, functions and activities of the School into one location will result in operating and programmatic efficiencies.
