Project Description
The Board of Trustees of University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign requests statements of
qualifications from professional services consultants interested in providing the Urbana-Champaign
campus with remote sensing data services on a retainer basis. Up to two (2) firms may be selected.
The agreement will be for one fiscal year (beginning January 01, 2014 and ending June 30th, 2014)
with options to annually renew for up to three additional fiscal year periods (July 01 through June 30th) for a total of four years, with the opportunity to make adjustments in the scheduled hourly rates.
The Illinois State Geological Survey (ISGS) requests the expertise of an aerial services consultant to support activities of the on-going Illinois Height Modernization Program. The selected firm will serve as a retainer for photogrammetry and airborne Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) enhanced elevation data services for discrete projects within a one-year period. Services required under this contract include, but are not limited to: acquisition of airborne LiDAR data and/or othoimagery and compilation of related geospatial data and metadata, LiDAR point cloud classification, processing, quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC), creation of derivative data products, breakline generation, acquisition of other forms of LiDAR data (terrestrial, bathymetric, mobile) and services related to integrating new data with existing datasets.
