Project Description
The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois is seeking a Professional Services Consultant for the conceptualization, design (schematic design through construction documents), bid/award, construction, and warranty phase services for the Henry Administration Building Envelope Repair and HVAC Upgrade project. This project shall include a prioritized window replacement, repair of deteriorated areas of the exterior facade, and HVAC upgrade scope of work which will significantly improve thermal characteristics of the exterior envelope to provide energy savings, improved aesthetics, better HVAC system control, reduced maintenance, and better thermal comfort.
