Project Description
The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois is seeking a Professional Services Consultant for the design (schematic through construction documents), bid/award, construction, and warranty phase services for the Multiple Building Restroom Renovations Phase II project. This project shall include the renovation of certain restrooms in the following buildings: Henry Administration Building located at 506 S. Wright St., Urbana, Architecture Building located at 608 East Lorado Taft, Champaign, Natural Resources Building located at 607 East Peabody Dr., Champaign and Bevier Hall located at 905 South Goodwin, Urbana.
