Project Description
The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois is seeking a Professional Services Consultant for the design (schematic through construction documents), bid/award, construction and warranty phase services for the Multiple Building Roof Replacement project. The fundemental scope of this project is to remove the existing roof material and provide new single ply unballasted fully adherred 0.060 white EPDM or TPO roofing system to meet the University's Standards complete with all necessary system details and components on the following buildings and in the following priority ranking: 1. Animal Science Laboratory (all flat roofs); 2. Music Building (all flat roofs); 3. Kenney Gym Annex (all low-slope roofs).
