Project Description
The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois is seeking a Professional Services Consultant for the design (schematic through construction documents), bid/award, construction and warranty phase services for the Trelease Hall and FAR Dining Hall - HVAC, Piping & Exhaust System Upgrades
project. The Florida Avenue Residence (FAR) Hall complex was constructed in 1964 and consists of
two 12-story residence halls, Oglesby and Trelease, along with a central dining hall/kitchen facility and houses approximately 1,300 students in 654 rooms. FAR is located at the corner of Florida and Lincoln Avenues in Urbana on the southeast corner of the main part of the Urbana-Champaign campus and has the address of 1005 College Court, Urbana, IL.
