Project Description
The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign is seeking a Professional
Service Consultant (PSC) for the Illinois Autonomous and Connected Track (I-ACT) project. The project will begin with the Conceptualization Phase to better define the scope, schedule, cost, and project delivery method. Following the Conceptualization Phase, the project will seek approval and a funding increase from the University of Illinois Board of Trustees. It is also the University's intent to utilize the same Professional Services Consultant firm for the remainder of the project for schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding and construction administration professional services, and any additional required Supplemental Services and Reimbursable Expenses. A revised full Project Program Statement will be developed by the University once the conceptualization phase is complete.
