Project Description
The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois is seeking a Professional Services Consultant (PSC) for the Undergraduate Library Redevelopment project. The project will begin with the Schematic Design and Design Development Phases to better define the scope, schedule, cost, and project delivery method. Following the Design Development Phase, the project will seek approval and a funding increase from the University of Illinois Board of Trustees. It is also the University's intent to utilize the same PSC for the remainder of the project for construction documents, bidding, construction administration, and warranty phase professional services.

The Undergraduate Library is located at 1402 West Gregory Drive, Urbana, Illinois. The Undergraduate Library is eligible for listing on the National Register of Historic Places.

In addition to the customary engineering disciplines that the PSC and/or its subconsultants will perform, additional subconsultants including but not limited to collection preservation, historic preservation, building envelope forensic evaluation, specialized environmental controls, library equipment and security, and elevators should be considered by the PSC for this project.

See attached ad for complete information on project and submittal information including required electronic submittal.
