Project Description
The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign requests statements of
qualifications from Professional Services Consultants interested in providing the Urbana-Champaign
campus with architectural services on a retainer basis. Up to two (2) firms may be selected. Each
agreement will include a contract period, initially for a partial year (beginning on a date to be
determined and ending June 30, 2020), with options to annually renew for up to three (3) additional
contract year periods (July 1 through June 30) for a total of three years plus the partial year, with the opportunity to make adjustments in the scheduled hourly rates at each renewal.

Only those firms which meet the following qualifications will be considered:
- There is a BEP goal for this procurement. See solicitation documentation for details.
- The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.
Selection will be consistent with the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act (30 ILCS 535/1).
This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
