In general, building areas outside of the areas to be renovated are intended to be occupied with as minimal disruptions as possible throughout the duration of this project. The PSC shall develop a design and construction schedule coordinated with and approved by the Owner and stakeholders (TSA and FAA) which minimizes disruption to Willard Airports (CMI) daily operations, and security. The PSC design shall clearly define any scope of work to be completed either outside of normal work hours or with any date constraints in the Bid Documents.
