The University of Illinois is seeking construction management (CM) services for the pre-construction, and construction phases for design, bid/award, and construction management services for a comprehensive renovation of the Natural History Building (NHB) with a minimum LEED Gold certification, which was officially listed on the National Register of Historic Places in November 1986 as part of the Nathan C. Ricker thematic district. The building currently serves the School of Earth, Society, and Environment (SESE), the School of Molecular and Cellular Biology (MCB) and the School of Integrative Biology (SIB) all in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences (LAS). The project will be delivered in a design-bid-build manner in accordance with the governing rules for Procurement in the State of Illinois and University Policy.
