The University of Illinois is seeking construction management services for the design development, construction documents, bid and award, and construction phases for this project.

The Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering (CEE) proposes to renovate and expand CEE space in Civil Engineering Hydrosystems Laboratory and Newmark Civil Engineering Building to significantly address (1) the students? learning experience with new hands-on laboratories and (2) a long deferred maintenance condition of the Civil Engineering Hydrosystems Laboratory not being compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
