The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign requests statements of qualifications from Professional Services Consultants interested in providing the Urbana-Champaign campus with landscape architecture services on a retainer basis. The University has a target of three (3) firms to be selected, but reserves the right to award more or fewer based on the qualifications of the submitting firms.

A recording of a previous retainer QBS selection pre-submittal Zoom meeting from January 2020 along with a Q&A document is hosted in the following ftp site. As other retainers are selected through QBS, some items may not be applicable to this RFP.
