Description of Project
The architect is to provide professional services on an on-call basis for a one-year period beginning August 15, 2001 with two additional one-year renewal options. There is no guarantee of work to be assigned. Project budgets for any single assignment are limited to $1,000,000. Services shall be performed on an as-needed basis during the contract period. It is the intent of the University to contract with up to the two highest rated firms.

Proposals
Architectural firms should submit 4 copies of the following: a letter of interest, a copy of its CDB prequalification letter, and a 255 form (use CDB SF 255 dated 7/1/99) by 4:00 p.m., Thursday, July 26, 2001, addressed to:

Only those firms which meet the following qualifications will be considered for selection:

  • Licensed to practice as an architect/engineer in the State of Illinois
  • Prequalified with the State of Illinois Capital Development Board
  • Registered and authorized to do business in the State of Illinois
  • Utilization of AutoCAD compatible system

Selection will be consistent with the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act (30 ILCS 535/1).
