The University of Illinois at Springfield (UIS) is seeking proposals for a comprehensive program of consultation and professional services in the area of student recruitment and enrollment in order to build and ensure future enrollments at the campus. UIS seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide professional consulting and technical services during the period of two fiscal years: the present through June 30, 2001, and July 1, 2001 through June 30, 2002 (with possible renewal options for a subsequent period at the same terms and conditions based upon satisfactory performance, continuing need, and availability of funds). The Proposer will offer a plan for needed services and phases of assistance covering this timeframe from planning through implementation of services addressing the major areas listed below. The Proposer may bid on the entire project or bid on all parts except retention.
