for fulfillment services for Illinois Issues. Based upon the availability of funds, the contract issued from this bid will cover the period beginning on or about July 1, 2001 and will continue through June 30, 2002, for a total of 12 months, with the option to renew for one or two years thereafter. Services provided during this period will include mail cage operation, file maintenance, label generation, renewal notice generation, invoice generation and generation of reports. Conversion must take place prior to July 1, 2001 so that the vendor will begin services on July 1, 2001. Illinois Issues will cooperate fully with the accepted bidder in effecting the conversion.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
