Illinois Issues is seeking a Vendor to print their magazine for the period beginning July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016. This amendment is to correct the verbiage pertaining to the required cover stock and inside pages on page 13. Amendment Number two (2) is to clarify specifications for saddle cards and cover wraps as listed on page 17.
