The University of Illinois Springfield WUIS Radio Station is seeking vendors to supply transmitter equipment for WUIS which will be housed in the building and tower located in Mechanicsburg, Illinois. The building is located next to the existing tower. The radio station infrastructure and equipment has reached the end of its useful life and requires replacement based on the contract resulting from this bid.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable. Solicitation documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office.
