The University of Illinois Springfield is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to work closely with the University in executing a comprehensive advertising plan that may include limited out-of-home media such as billboards or bus posters, but will focus on a digital advertising campaign in the Chicago area media markets in Kane, McHenry, Will and Lake counties.

Submit 4 copies of the response as defined in the specifications. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents. Proposal documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office.
