The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois on behalf of the Campus Service Operations (“the University”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (“Proposers”) to provide digital copy machines for the period October 1, 2010 through September 30, 2013 with the option to renew for one (1) additional three year period at the same terms and conditions based on satisfactory performance, continuing need and availability of funds.

This is a re-issue of JS411. Please use the RFP and contract documents from JS611 for your submittal. Please note that additional information has been added to Appendix 1: Technical Requirements, Section 1.6 Peripherals.

Documents submitted that are labeled JS411 will be considered non-responsive.

Submit 5 copies of the response as defined in the specifications. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable.

This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
