The University of Illinois Springfield is seeking qualified respondents to recruit students from China and to facilitate the development of faculty exchanges for research, teaching, and transfer agreements between the University of Illinois Springfield and Chinese institutions.
Respondents must register with the State Board of Elections and provide their registration certificate in Appendix 6 of the proposal. Respondents must also have a current Illinois Department of Human Rights number if required. See page 11, Section 9.3 of the RFP for more information.
In addition, respondents must also complete:
- Appendix 4, Certifications and Conflicts
- Appendix 5, Disclosures and Conflicts of Interest
- Appendix 9, Subcontractor Certifications, if a subcontractor will be used
The above documents must be fully completed and the State Board of Elections certificate must be included with your proposal.

Submit 6 copies of the response as defined in the specifications. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
