The University is currently engaged in a Fostering Results project under the Children and Family Research Center located at the School of Social Work. This project is intended to educate and engage federal and state child welfare policy makers, juvenile and family court judges, state Supreme Court leadership, the media, and other key stakeholders regarding the need to address critical issues of federal financing and court accountability to improve the performance of state and county child welfare systems in the United States.

In order to meet the department?s minimum requirements for conducting the media campaign around the project?s key central message, the vendor must have:
  • previous experience with and expertise in running national campaigns for policy-oriented issues;
  • the ability to work with politically sensitive issues and knows what should and should not be portrayed through the media;
  • be familiar with the intent of the project and be able to ensure that the message being portrayed from this project is consistent with previous efforts; and
