The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois on behalf of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering would like to purchase a servo-hydraulic test system. The specifications of the requested testing system are attached. These specifications are for a complete research testing system, for the broad characterization of asphalt and concrete pavement specimens. The requested testing system is planned to be installed at the Advanced Transportation Research and Engineering Laboratories (ATREL) in Rantoul, IL. The overall system should be comprised of a loading frame, hydraulic actuator, electronics control and acquisition system, and environmental chamber. Specifications for each component of the testing system are attached.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals. This procurement will be contingent on Board of Trustees approval.

This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
