Comments:

The machine base price was $114,904.38 with a trade value for our old equipment of $11,500.00 for a balance of $103,404.38. The department has decided to purchase some replacement parts that were also bid. The University will also purchase a water gun for batteries for $341.75, an auto snow breaker for $1,447.88 and a stainless steel water distribution pipe per unit of $326.63 for an additional cost of $2,116.26, thus increasing to total price to $105,520.64.

The University award process may be delayed up to thirty days as this award goes through a state approval process.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals.

This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
