The University only received one response to the request for proposal, we will re-evaluate the specifications and potentially re-bid at a later date.

The bid opening date has been changed to August 9, 2011 at 2:00 PM Local Time. There are additional changes to the RFP addressed in Amendment 1.
Attached is the room diagram and additional photos of the outlets and various devices within the room for those who could not attend the site visit.
For vendor convenience the University has set up a conference call line for the pre-bid meeting. There is no pre-registration for this conference call, just simply call in at 1:00 PM on July 19, 2011. The number to call is 605-477-2100 and the access code is 148540#. When prompted, enter the assigned access code, followed by the # key. Once connected to the live conference, every caller will be able to talk. Every caller will also have access to the touch tone commands listed below.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof.
Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
Illinois Department of Human Rights
(IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals.
