University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
Bid #1ALR822
Invitation for Bid: Replace Water Conditioning Equipment
Change Order
Published Wednesday May 16, 2012
Vendor: Siemens Water Technologies, Broadview, IL
Change Order Amount: $45,000

The University requires this change order due to the increase of bed changes needed for tanks that produce demineralized water for laboratory and research use. Without these bed changes, and clean demineralized water, research will not be able to move forward. This is detrimental to the on-going research at the University.

Due to the increase in usage, the University will be re-bidding this procurement and will cancel the renewal posted 5-2-12.

State Purchasing Officer: Amanda Baylor
