The bid opening date has been changed to October 4, 2007 at 2:00 PM Local Time.
There will be a second pre-bid meeting 10:00 AM September 20, 2007 at Abbott Power Plant 1117 S. Oak St. Champaign, IL 61820 for vendors not able to travel to the plant the first pre-bid meeting. Some 250 ml bottles will be available at the plant for sample collection. Attached are the sample data sheets.
