Revenue of $571.56 will be applied to further demolition and work on the site.

The cost of the demolition will be $10,500, the value of the scrap from the demolition will be $11,071.56, and the vendor will give the University the surplus of $571.56, which will be deposited into the University South Farms account for further demolition and site work. The surplus payment offered by Lee Farms was the best offer submitted.
The University award process may be delayed up to thirty days as this award goes through a state approval process.
