This Cooperative purchase is made in accordance with 30 ILCS 525, 30 ILCS 500/25-15(b) and 44 ILL. Admin. Code 4.2036(e).
The Big Ten Academic Alliance Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) wanted to jointly purchase a software tool that could be used by member institutions to collect information about the security risk of products or services that they need to purchase to enable them to communicate more effectively with each other in the midst of any evolving security incident.
