The University seeks to establish a progressive multiple award where the primary and alternative have the right to provide executive-level food and beverage services at executive level university events in venues that do not have an exclusive concessionaire.

The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.

This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
